Onboarding Fee: $150

Services Provided:

  •  Annual lab testing results reviewed

  •  Monthly planned meetings with your coach to evaluate technique and form

  •  Unlimited changes to your plan

  •  Weekly analysis of your training – Verbal and Written Feedback

  •  Initial evaluation of your technique/form in swimming, biking and running.  Follow up meetings scheduled as needed. Athlete will need to provide video recordings if not located in Bismarck, ND

  •  Unlimited e-mail and phone contact with your coach.
    Athlete Specific - Annual Training Plan geared towards your goals, abilities and lifestyle.  Workouts include, time/distance, intensity/pacing and suggested terrain.

  • Comprehensive Athlete Development Plan focused on Drills, Technique and Strength Training 

  •  Free Training software to track progress – Training Peaks 

  •  Detailed Initial consultation to evaluate past performance and discuss season goals.

Level II Package

$300/mo*

Services Provided:

  •  Athlete Specific - Training Plan geared towards your goals, abilities and lifestyle.  Workouts include, time/distance, intensity/pacing and suggested terrain. All of our plans are customized.

  •  Weekly analysis of your training with quality feedback

  •  Initial evaluation of your technique/form in swimming, biking and running.  Follow up meetings schedule as needed.

  •  Unlimited e-mail and phone contact with your coach.

  • Overview of Athlete Development Plan such as Drills, Technique and Strength

  •  Free Training software to track progress – Training Peaks 

  •  Detailed Initial consultation to evaluate past performance and discuss season goals.

Level III Package 

$200/mo*

Onboarding Fee: $150

Services Provided:

  •  Athlete Specific - Training Plan geared towards your goals, abilities and lifestyle.  Workouts include, time/distance, intensity/pacing and suggested terrain.

  •  Unlimited e-mail contact with your coach.

  •  Monthly phone consultation.

  •  Initial evaluation of your technique/form in swimming, biking and running.

  •  Free Training software to track progress

  •  Detailed Initial consultation to evaluate past performance and discuss season goals.

  •  Monthly analysis of your training

*Programs require a minimum 3 month commitment. Coaching fees are payable prior to receiving training programs. 

$75 - One on One Coaching 
This 60 minute session will bring you and your coach face to face to work on training development areas. Whether you are looking for specific guidance in the pool or on the the track this the time to sharpen the edges just a bit more. This option is open to athletes not currently enrolled in a coaching program. Athletes enrolled in a program looking for additional analysis outside of your current plan can also opt in for additional time.
